Tax Tract # 24-01-81 is approximately 192 acres. This is my favorite, by far!! It offers expansive views of the winding Allegheny River from 500’ above, as well as views down onto the Pine Hill Run trout stream. The Pine Hill trout stream flows through this property for several thousand feet. There are 2 tributaries which also flow through this property from the north, cascading down a series of ruggedly beautiful, moss covered water-falls, which we’ve named “ Cindy’s Falls “. The property is heavily wooded with significant Hemlock and other varieties of mature timber. This piece of ground is a quintessential example of what Kennerdell is all about. Easement into this property would be provided through tracts 24-01-48 and 24-01-75, from the north. More than 1/2 of this tract is very rugged and unusable from the standpoint of home-site potential, however, the portion which is high, flat & dry is second to none. If you’re looking for a unique piece of property…this is the best Kennerdell and the eastern portion of the United States has to offer.
