THE YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO, RESIDENT HAD BEEN REPORTED MISSING APRIL 6.
A missing Ohio man was found dead in his vehicle Sunday evening in Rockland Township.
Michael P. Kline, 24, of Youngstown, was pronounced dead at the scene by Venango County Deputy Coroner Ed Keener.
Keener said a ruling on the manner and cause of death will be issued following an autopsy that was scheduled Monday afternoon in Erie.
State police said two people riding four-wheelers found Kline's car parked off McDowell Road in Rockland Township at about 6:25 p.m. Sunday. They then discovered Kline lying on the seat of the vehicle.
The riders alerted authorities, police said.
Police said Kline's identity was obtained by looking inside his wallet. It was later found that he was reported missing from his Youngstown home April 6.
Keener said nothing at the scene indicated anything suspicious.
Kline's wife, Melissa, recently told a Youngstown television station that the last time she talked to her husband he was leaving a Youngstown bar and was on his way home. But he never returned home, Mrs. Kline said.
Kline had two small children.
